The shores of the PNW are home to a rich diversity of marine organisms from tiny, microscopic plankton to charismatic megafauna like our resident orca whales. My work as a naturalist influences my marine life photography. I love educating others about these incredible creatures and I love bringing some of the most overlooking animals to life through macro photography. I am happy to turn any of these images into prints, please contact me if something in particular here catches your eye!
Everything is connected. You cannot love the Salish Sea without a deep love and connection to the PNW forests and all the magical fungi, lichen and plants. I am endlessly fascinated by the variety of forms in our PNW forests and the way they connect to and influence our salty shores.
